Ripple Effect Communications, Inc. was established in 2006 by Ms. Amy Bielski to provide support to the National Institutes of Health. While one of the company’s roles is to act as staffing contractor for the Federal government, Ms. Bielski’s main vision for the company is one of “Intelligent Project Management” in our service areas. Presently, the company has annual revenue of over $2 million, employs 15 full-time employees, and has access to numerous part-time employees and consultants.
