This book shows in simple terms how to communicate complex ideas with pictures. Images and pictures is a great way to explain complex ideas to staff, peers and senior executives. It is an important skill to learn.

What important lesson have you learned through your work in recent months?

I have learned that I need to spend more time sharing the knowledge that I have gained with my staff.
