What is your favorite thing about Ripple Effect?

I love how everyone meshes as a team and works together without question. There is definitely a spirit of collaboration without competition.

What should people who work with you know about you?

I expect direct and prompt communication. Almost any problem can be worked through if you are direct about it and prompt in bringing it up.

What book would you recommend to clients?

[amazon_link id="1591393450" target="_blank" locale="US" ]In Their Time: The Greatest Business Leaders of the Twentieth Century[/amazon_link]In Their Time: The Greatest Business Leaders of the Twentieth Century

by Anthony J. Mayo and Nitin Nohria

The book provides a great deal of emphasis on “contextual intelligence,” which is a phrase I never heard before, but makes perfect sense. It is the idea that leaders size up and grab hold of the opportunitites that are available to them, and that the opportunities change depending on the times and the external factors at play.

What important lesson have you learned through your work in recent months?

I’ve learned how to be a better manager. I look out for my staff to make sure they have what they need to do their jobs.
